Each module contains a small amount of background information to set the context, explain the origins of the technique and how it helps your body and your health and enables you to relax and sleep.

The information is structured in a simple, summarised style because one of the goals of the course is to eliminate excessive mental stimulation.

This is not a traditional meditation course so it doesn’t involve any chanting or sitting in the lotus position or emptying the mind or any of the ideas that are associated with traditional meditation.

You don’t need to know how to meditate. However if you’re a beginner to meditation, this course can serve as a stepping stone to more traditional or advanced meditation techniques.

This course is in fact a synthesis of techniques taken from kinesiology, hypnotherapy and NLP, adapted for the purposes of relaxation and sleep.

You listen to each guided meditation for 7 days before moving on to the next module.

About the Course Tutor

Chantelle is an accredited holistic coach and practitioner. She is also a Reiki master.

Her other studies have included kinesiology, psychosynthesis and
traditional Chinese Medicine.

All her holistic work is based upon research of proven techniques from both mainstream science and complementary medicine.

Chantelle has also had personal experience of insomnia. She used the strategies (which she has subsequently developed for this course) to help me to relax and get more sleep.
