Beating Insomnia: Overview of Holistic Approach

A holistic approach to beating insomnia involves creating balance on all levels.  This includes:

  • the neurological level (brain development)
  • the nutritional level
  • the chemical level (which involves stimulants)
  • the mental-emotional level
  • the energetic level

By working on each level, one at a time and bringing it into balance, we increase the likelihood of banishing insomnia forever. This particular holistic system includes:

  • using natural techniques to increase the production of sleep chemicals in the brain

  • eliminating foods and chemicals that keep you awake
  • using techniques to relax the mind and redirect stressful thoughts
